About MFVetPhysio

I’m Megan Finch, a fully qualified veterinary physiotherapist and canine hydrotherapist, with a lifelong love for animals – and, if I’m honest, animals have often been better friends to me than humans!
I work passionately to ensure your pets receive the best care, because they deserve to live comfortably and happily.

I graduated from ARU Writtle with an Integrated Master’s degree in Veterinary Physiotherapy in 2025, completing four years of intensive study and hands-on clinical training. This program gave me a strong foundation in anatomy, biomechanics, rehabilitation techniques, and the practical application of physio in both equine and canine patients. I also completed my Level 4 Canine Hydrotherapy qualification for veterinary physiotherapists at Greyfriars in Guilford.

But long before the degree, my journey with animals began. I’ve been riding horses and caring for animals for as long as I can remember. Whether it was grooming ponies at the stables, helping friends with their dogs, or spending time with my own four-legged companions, animals have always played a huge role in my life – not just as pets, but as partners, teammates, and confidants.

My mission now is simple: to use my skills and passion to improve the health, comfort, recovery, and performance of your animals. Whether it’s helping a competition horse return to peak condition or supporting a beloved family dog through recovery from injury, I work closely with owners, vets, and other professionals to ensure each animal receives personalised, evidence-based care.

With every treatment, I aim to build trust, reduce pain, improve mobility, and support long-term wellbeing – always with kindness, patience, and the deep respect animals deserve.
