Terms & Fees

Clarity, fairness, and professionalism — so you always know what to expect.

Below is a simple outline of my pricing, payment terms, and policies to help ensure a smooth, respectful working relationship. If you ever have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

🐾 Fees & Payment

  • All appointments are charged at a fixed rate, which will be clearly discussed and confirmed with you at the time of booking.
  • After your session, you’ll receive a digital invoice by email or message.
  • Ideally, payment is made before the appointment or treatment, but if this isn’t possible, it must be received within 72 hours of the appointment.

💳 Payment Options

You can pay by:

  • Bank transfer (details will be on the invoice)
  • Cash on the day of the appointment

Unfortunately, I do not currently accept card payments, at the moment.

⏰ Late Payment Policy

If payment is not received within 72 hours of the appointment, a late fee of 10% will be added to your invoice. A further 10% will be added every 72 hours the payment remains outstanding thereafter. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of further services until the balance is cleared.

❌ Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Life happens — I completely understand. However, as a small, appointment-based business, late cancellations can be difficult to fill at short notice.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% fee unless due to genuine emergency with proof that I will decide of at my discretion.
  • No-shows without any notice will be charged at full appointment cost.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible so I can offer the slot to another animal in need.

📝 Veterinary Consent

As required by the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966, I must have vet consent before carrying out any physiotherapy treatments. I’m happy to help you sort this if needed, and your vet can send the form directly to me via email.

GDPR

Your personal details and animal records will be handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966. Data is stored securely and retained for up to 7 years for insurance and legal purposes.

📋 Full Terms & Conditions

A full set of terms and conditions will be available to view at the time of booking. These cover your rights as a client, data protection, safety, and how I work in line with professional standards.

By working together with clear expectations, we can ensure your animal receives consistent, quality care in a way that’s fair for everyone.
